Our cultural immersion programs help the hosting schools cover cultural sensitivity as well as several benchmarks from California State Standards. Like our international summer camps, the local students have great leadership opportunities, by serving as Student Ambassadors to the visiting students, through our Global Youth Ambassador Project. We also make a donation to each school during each program there. The benefits continue into the community, where school staff and local families have opportunities to host the international students, and in some cases, are offered a stipend. Finally, local students have the chance to make a new friend while learning about another culture.

Flexible Hosting Options: Schools can choose how many International students they would like to host for each one-week period. This flexibility allows you to tailor the experience to fit your school's resources and community dynamics.

Youth Ambassador Selection: Schools will designate Youth Ambassadors from their student body. These ambassadors will serve as guides and friends to the visiting Chinese students, facilitating engagement and collaboration throughout the program. Schools can select enthusiastic and responsible students who are eager to promote cultural exchange. Youth Ambassadors receive a t-shirt and a badge at the beginning of the program and a certificate at the end of the program.

Shared Learning Experience: During the week, Chinese students will attend classes alongside American students, participating in discussions, projects, and activities that enhance their educational experience. In turn, the Chinese kids like to prepare a powerpoint and share their life in China which includes their school, family life, community, and traditions. This shared learning environment encourages collaboration and mutual respect.
